As an Organizational Development Consultant I engage with leaders and teams to drive connection, clarity and high performance. My workshops are proven to create an atmosphere of trust that enables the type of results every leader and organization wants to achieve. 

With a Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership and Organizational Development and 25+ years of corporate experience, I am able to engage with employees at all levels and move the needle for organizations seeking growth and improved performance. 

I have spoken at high profile conferences such as Women of Silicon Valley, Codess, WomenThinkNext and WinTech, as well as at several academic institutions (Antioch University, Washington State University and The University of Washington).

I also enjoy creating bespoke sessions to meet the needs of conference attendees.
