Savage Consulting is named after my paternal Grandmother, Teresa Deveaux Sr. (nee Savage). She was a true one-of-a-kind, who taught me that I could do or be anything I set my mind to. I love to instill that passion in others through my professional endeavors.
My purpose is to enable individuals, teams and organizations to unleash their greatest potential. With 25+ years of corporate experience (15 of those as an executive) and a vast academic background, I am skilled at optimizing the careers of entry-level, seasoned and executive clients.
